Manage Stores Help MSMEs Manage Business in the Marketplace, Provide Complete Technology and Services

The official store launched in 2019, now it has around 5 thousand merchants and 200 brands

Aim to minimize costs when marketing and selling their products, platforms e-commerce enablers Arrange Toko, is here to offer technology and services to MSMEs. To DailySocial.id, Co-Founder & CEO of Alat Toko Bagus Dewantara said that starting from a project, an idea emerged to then develop relevant technology for MSMEs to expand their sales channels.

Based on this hypothesis, together with other founders, namely Christiono Hendrawan, Asfar, and Ricky Erri Thoiffur, software itself so that it can be used for merchant even more.

Set Store officially launched in 2019. Currently they have around 5 thousand merchant and 200 brand scattered throughout Indonesia. Specifically Manage Stores help optimize sales brand with the Team Brand Manager of the platform to manage product sales strategy in marketplace.

Apart from providing technology Manage Store also provides support services. Among them are team fulfillment, store management, to self-managed warehouses.

"You could say our platform is very comprehensive in terms of end-to-end help those who are just starting to sell to big brands to drive business growth," said Bagus.

Currently the Store Management technology has been integrated with six marketplace big in Indonesia. The integrated system allows MSMEs to monitor their stores on various platforms marketplace with just one dashboard; including getting sales data, product stock, branding services, capital loans, to chatboards.

There are three superior products that users can choose from. Among these are OrganizeStore+, omnipos and Create Store+. Each has services that new sellers can take advantage of up to brand big.

For now, the product that is most chosen by users is ArrangeToko+. One of the reasons why more and more users are choosing products that can help users market their products with help from the Manage Store team is, so they can focus more on production and ensuring quality goods.

"In addition, we see that more and more of them want to have a wider sales channel at a low cost. Currently, most in the marketplace the fees are quite high with the large discounts charged to them. If there are other sales channels with lower costs, of course will help them more," said Bagus.

For those new sellers who don't have products yet, they can join together with Set the Store to Drop Ship. Only by marketing all catalogs originating from MSME brands that join Arrange Toko, they can earn additional income as sellers.

To make it easier for users to make payments, there are options that can be customized. Even though as a platform, Arrange Toko prioritizes cloud computing (cloud) but provided other options to make it easier for them to manage the business. Going forward, Set Store will also charge an annual fee for users.

"I see this service isn't it one model fits all there are several variations of the model that we present even though there are only a few choices. Our main focus going forward is cloud computing," said Bagus.

Warehouse E-commerce and fundraising plans

In collaboration with the local government, Arrange Toko established an e-store warehousetrade for the development of SMEs. Warehouse E-commerce allows MSME actors to focus on production only while Arrange Toko will manage the entire process and increase MSME sales. Starting from product photos, social media management, pricing policies, product packaging media, to the delivery process to buyers.

Throughout 2021, Arrange Toko has successfully initiated several local governments to initiate cooperation in building warehouses E-commerce for SMEs assisted by the local government. Among them are in Garut, Gorontalo, Bekasi, West Kalimantan, and Mojokerto. In 2022, Arrange Toko targets to penetrate 20 Regional Governments.

"In addition to being able to store all products from MSMEs, the Arrange Store E-commerce Warehouse also functions as a training place for MSME players who want to develop their business. We hope that we can oversee their business, after they have finished training with Arrange Toko," said Bagus.

After running a business bootstrap, currently Arrange Toko has pocketed the initial funding obtained from angel investors. The plan is that in the first quarter of 2022, the company will conduct an advanced stage of fundraising.

Previously, the company claimed to have been eyed by two Indonesian technology companies for later acquisition. However, due to the absence of an agreement between the two parties, the acquisition process was not continued.

"Our goal from the start was to be able to create supply chain at a low cost for beg. What's interesting about social commerce is, all costs can be very low because they use channels such as social media to sell, so they can focus on providing good products and from a logistics perspective it can be satisfying for customers," concluded Bagus.
