Success Gojek, Andre Soelistyo and Kevin Aluwi Become "Co-CEO" to Replace the Role of Nadiem Makarim

Today (21/10) at Merdeka Palace, Founder & CEO Gojek Nadiem Makarim gave a statement to the media crew, that he was ready and accepted President Jokowi's appointment for him to enter the cabinet.

Although no details have been given regarding his position in government, he said that he had given up his position in the company decacorn which he founded.

"...I agree, I accept [...] I have stepped down from my position at Gojek and have no authority at all...," explained Nadiem.

Party Gojek also gave a statement, saying that Nadiem had indeed been "asked" by the President to become a member of the cabinet. The company claims to be proud of the appointment. The company also said that Nadiem's ​​resignation would not disrupt the pace of business that was already running.

In addition, Group President Gojek Andre Soelistyo and Co-Founder Kevin Aluwi will replace Nadiem. They will become the Co-CEO of the company and continue the next business innovation.
