Even so, companies are not simply putting aside their talent development features. There are various training programs (recordings) made by mentors who have collaborated with Deall SejutaCita. "We have grown from 4 people now to 22 people. Currently we are focusing on attracting more corporate partners and the best talents in Indonesia," added Andhika.
