There are indications that Valve is developing a Steam Gaming Cloud Service

This information is detected by SteamDB based on a new code on the Steam site.

Although basically each streaming game platform carry almost the same presentation, they have different concepts and premises. Stadia tries to provide a solution cloud gaming comprehensive, supported by studio first party games Google, while Microsoft xCloud is designed to complement the Xbox service - supported by no less than 54 data center Azure scattered all over the world.

The involvement of the two tech giants in the segment gaming on demand shows us where the industry is moving. But can you imagine the intense competition that will occur if the owner platform the world's largest digital distribution is participating in this realm? Reportedly, there are indications that Valve is developing services cloud gaming specifically for Steam. Can you enjoy Steam games without the need for a high-spec PC? Very interesting!

Steam Databases - third-party tool who actively analyzes all sorts Update and changes on Steam - detected a new code on the Steam site asking partners to agree to the 'Steam Cloud Gaming Addendum'. You can see this code for yourself at GitHub SteamDB (or via display JavaScript website Steam, then search keyword 'Steam Cloud Gaming Addendum'). This discovery was announced by the Steam Database via their official Twitter account.

Right now, we're just getting the name: Steam Cloud Gaming. Apart from the team  developer, no one knows the technical details, how Valve will present it, what are the features cloud applies to all games on Steam and when they plan to launch. But one thing is certain. To operate the service gaming on demand, Valve needs to renew the content distribution agreement with the developer.

Valve itself is quite familiar with providing technology streaming. They are working on Remote Play which lets us play game on non-PCGaming, then there is also Steam Link to enjoy video games via smartphone or an Android tablet (expanded by Steam Link Anywhere). And armed with the method stream, Valve recently launched Remote play together which allows you and your friends to access the mode multiplayer locally online.

For those of you who are not familiar with cloud gaming or gaming on demand: this service allows us to enjoy video games anytime and anywhere with just a device with an internet connection. All data processing and graphics are carried out on the side server, then the contents arestream directly to device You. Through this method, cloud gaming not burdensome hardware, but usually demands a fast and stable internet connection.
