Titanfall 2 Beta Session Not Available on PC, Developer Gives Reason

Currently Respawn is still polishing and applying various changes, to the game and graphics, and they haven't run any hardware compatibility tests.

As the two big titles of publisher famous, many people compare Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare with Battlefield 1. But looking at the presentation, Infinite Warfare's main competitor is actually not game With the backdrop of World War 1, it's a sequel to Respawn's futuristic-themed game that features giant robot battles: Titanfall 2.

Last week, Respawn Entertainment revealed some important information regarding Fashion single player Titanfall 2, and we already know the agenda developer to carry out the trial phase multiplayer. Unfortunately there is bad news for those who plan to enjoy the session beta on PC. Past official blog, CEO Vince Zampella said that beta multiplayer can only be enjoyed by gamer console Xbox One and PlayStation 4 only.

Respawn understands this news caused a lot gamer disappointed, but they have good reasons for making that decision. For developer, your beta aimed at technical needs: knowing how strong server them and prove their capacity can be improved. Although conducting trials on all systems gives developer calm, server backend Titanfall 2 is prepared per platform. That is, Respawn is actually quite a test game in one platform only.

But why developer choose consul instead of PC? Zampella explained that there are two big problems with PCs, from the developer's perspective: the diversity of component arrangements and the existence of a minimum specification limit. Currently Respawn is still polishing and applying various changes, to the game and graphics, and they haven't run any compatibility tests hardware - for example graphics card, CPU, and others. The respawn hasn't been decided yet standard specification hardware minimal.

Developer admit, Titanfall 2 PC version is not ready yet consulThis is due to the large number of variables and other configurations they need to support. The argument makes sense. Majority of developers multi-platform games usually launch the latest PC version because it takes time to polish the game.

Respawn is also worried about the leak of information regarding the mode single player in the hands ofdata miner', "Single player keep a secret that we want to keep until the day of Titanfall 2's release."

"We know this is disappointing for PC fans, but we think it gives the team an opportunity to concentrate on the main objective of technical testing and focus on scalability and capacity. server, "said Vince Zampella. "Don't worry, we are confident that we can provide a special playing experience at platform PCs."

From tweet the CEO, there is an indication of the period multiplayer  beta Titanfall 2 will start soon.
