Telkom Trying to Play in Hospitality CRM Market by Presenting USmart Hotel (Update)

The tourism sector that continues to grow in Indonesia has implications for the growth of the lodging and hotel business, from small to large scale. Telkom responded to this growth swiftly by presenting a hospitality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution called USmart Hotel. USmart Hotel has two main products, namely platforms web marketing and apps e-hotels packaged in two variants, SaaS (Software as a Service) and Hybrid.

Talking about Telkom's actions in touching business in the tourism sector, this is not the first time for Telkom to work on providing digital solutions in the sector. Previously, Telkom had launched Hi-Indonesia, a local travel online reservation site. It seems that Telkom is still not satisfied with the solution, because until now the solution is still in the development process, not yet fully commercialized.

Don't just stop providing targeted reservation services for end-user, now Telkom is changing direction by presenting a set of solutions to support the needs of the hospitality business. Targeted at lodging and hospitality businesses of all sizes, the various USmart Hotel products can be used per product or in packages bundling which is offered.

Web marketing is a digital breakthrough that is quite effective for various types of businesses. For hotels, web marketing much needed to provide convenience to tourists in digging up information about the facilities and services presented. Through USmart Hotel, various types are offered web marketing ready-to-use customers are charged a fee of IDR 45.000 per month.

This solution allows hotel managers to simply update the various information contained on the website, no need to create and prepare it from scratch.
