Lemonilo Healthy Food E-Commerce Service Officially Operates

Born from the founders of the Consulate

In Indonesia, many people are starting to like the trend of healthy living. Starting from regular exercise such as running and yoga to food matters. This trend that is trying to explore Lemonilo, an e-commerce business that offers organic (natural) food and other healthy foods to support a healthy lifestyle. One of the problems that we are trying to solve is the issue of price.

Lemonilo has been operating for about six months. During that period, Lemonilo managed to have thousands of consumers spread throughout Indonesia with a concentration in Java and Bali.

Lemonilo was initiated by three people, namely Shinta Nurfauzia, Johannes Ardiant, and Ronald Wijaya. The three of them also play a role in the development of the service Consulate, one of the services that focus on the health sector.

“The products at Lemonilo.com are obtained directly from the producers, so we can offer prices up to 20-50% cheaper than supermarkets. In the future, Lemonilo.com will not only offer food but also healthy and natural products in other categories,” said Shinta.

Shinta to DailySocial also said that to ensure the quality of the products in Lemonilo's service, his party has a team food analyst who has the task of checking the materials for making each product that will be displayed. Before entering and showing on the Lemonilo site a product will pass through food trials and analysis carried out by the team.

“The goal is to ensure that the products that enter Lemonilo do not make "false health claims" even though they use harmful ingredients. From our experience, unfortunately quite a lot of manufacturers and Manufacturer who did this. So basically, if there is a product that claims to be 'healthy' and doesn't include Lemonilo, user have to question the truth," he continued.

Shinta explained that Lemonilo is a new vertical developed by Konsula with a dedicated team.

The market for healthy and affordable food

Lemonilo started from the problem of the high price of natural and healthy food. Its position as an e-commerce business is expected to be able to make Lemonilo one of the easily accessible markets for natural, healthy, and of course affordable food.

Currently, to continue to introduce and reach more people, Lemonilo is implementing a number of strategies. One of them is collaborating with several health communities, events, and gyms in Jakarta and several big cities in Indonesia. It is possible that Lemonilo will explore cooperation with other institutions, institutions, or organizations.

From internal data collected so far, Lemonilo claims that the largest concentration of their customers is in Java and Bali with the largest segment being women who are in the 18-34 year age range. The most popular products are snacks or snacks.

Shinta also explained that one of the prides of the Lemonilo team is when many customers voluntarily and happily share their shopping experiences at Lemonilo on their personal social media.

According to Shinta, in the near future, his party will release several new features that are the result of input from Lemonilo users so far.

“We are also very aware that there are some products that high demand and often sold out in the first hour the product is live. From interaction with user In this way, we are even more convinced that healthy living is indeed a growing trend in Indonesia and that healthy and natural products have the potential to replace conventional products if the price is affordable for the public."

"Lemonilo.com is here to welcome this trend and improve awareness our users for the benefits of consuming natural and healthy products every day,” he concluded.
