At Echelon we met and talked with Fikri Akbar as Co-Founder & Head of Product Exquisite Informatics.

He shared that corporate clients in Indonesia have their own challenges when it comes to choosing a data platform. Some of the existing cultures such as: they only want to use products from brand At large, any leadership transition will result in a collaboration with their technology company, and they often don't want to admit that the company never did aware with data structuring.

From that Exquisite Informatics very aware not to play with data products --because it is difficult to compete with Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, etc. The solution that we are trying to offer is to present a dashboard that becomes hub between data platforms that are already owned by the company and integrate into an integrated system.

Exquisite Informatics products allow data from multiple sources to be unified and restructured, making it easier for visuals and analysis to occur in one unified dashboard. In addition to SaaS products, Exquisite Informatics also provides server infrastructure development and configuration services. This is because many companies need comply by having a data center on-premise for servers that accommodate Indonesian consumer data.
