Smart Platform Provider for E-Commerce Betaout Get Investment for Expansion to Indonesia

Platform provider customer intelligence and marketing automation dedicated to business E-commerce, Betaout, today announced the acquisition of funding from East Ventures and angel investors by an undisclosed amount. In accordance with the scope of investors, namely in the Southeast Asia region, this funding will bring the Indian startup to expand into Indonesia and several other Southeast Asian regions.

Not only expanding the operational network, Betaout hoping to get insight to expand their product development according to market characteristics E-commerce. Some of the products that will be offered at its initial debut are machine learning, live chat plug-ins and several other elements required by a system E-commerce.

System all-in-one developed by Betaout is considered capable of helping companies build user intelligence databases. The main focus is on B2C marketing, although several B2B businesses have also entered the Betaout consumer list.

In the release, Betaout CEO and Co-Founder Ankit Maheshwari emphasized that Indonesia is a very important market. The support of East Ventures with its understanding in the market will be a driving force for the startups he is working on to market Betaout to help marketers E-commerce in Indonesia retain their customers and drive better ROI (Return on Investment).

In total, Betaout has secured a (announced) $2,12 million investment in 4 funding rounds.

Prior to this expansion plan, several companies in Southeast Asia, such as Tokopedia, Ralali, and Tripvisto, had taken advantage of several products offered by Betaout, especially those related to analysis and automation of marketing campaigns.
