Indonesia Becomes The Main Focus Of Chope Restaurant Reservations This Year

Innovate by offering loyalty programs and a number of technology-based solutions

Two years in Indonesia, Chope as a search and reservation application provider based in Singapore has partnered with 350 restaurants in Jakarta and Bali. This achievement has been accompanied by quite stable growth since its appearance here. Chope seeks to improve their partners and users with the innovations they have in store.

One of the things Chope will implement to stimulate growth is a user loyalty program. This program is expected to be able to encourage a culture of restaurant reservations by providing points or so-called Chope-Dollars that can be exchanged for dining vouchers at restaurants.

"For every successful order made, Chope visitors can collect loyalty points called Chope-Dollars. These can be exchanged for dining vouchers at Chope's restaurant partners, not only in Indonesia, but also in other cities in Asia where Chope is present, including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. Cities frequented by our users," explained General Manager Indonesian Chopes Kartik Shetty.

Karthik explained that Chope-Dollars can also be exchanged for gifts from various Chope partners, such as KrisFlyer. miles from Singapore Airlines.

In addition to introducing a complete loyalty program with rewardsIn addition, Chope also offers restaurant partners technology solutions to further increase efficiency in their table management and increase revenue through a number of products. The solutions in question include ChopeBook (a table setting system), ChopeCloud (a table reservation reminder platform), ChopeQueues (a queue management system for high-volume restaurants), and ChopeVoice (a smartphone answering service for busy restaurants).

With the experience and sophistication of the technology offered, Chope hopes to continue to grow in Indonesia. Last year Chope's business has doubled and this year the Indonesian market is Chope's main focus.

"A big focus will be on Indonesia for us at Chope. Most of Chope's recent investment of SG$18 million will be used to build the team, improve awareness about Chope across Indonesia reaching out to all walks of life and helping our restaurant partners continue to grow," said Karthik.
