Steps to Register the Sinbad Application

The way the Sinbad application works is that the shop owner can order products online online on this platform for sale in his shop. Through the application, retail store owners can connect directly to pincipal brand or first distributor.

  • Please download the Sinbad app on Google Playstore/App Store.

  • Once downloaded, open the application then click the 'Register' menu.
  • Enter your mobile number. Then prepare your personal ID card.

 

  • Enter the verification code sent via SMS to the registered mobile number.
  • There are seven steps to fill out the registration form, please complete one by one.
  • First, you will be asked to fill in the shop owner's personal data.

  • Second, upload a photo of the shop owner's ID card.

  • Third, upload a selfie photo with an ID card, according to the instructions requested.

  • Fourth, upload a photo of the shop owner's TIN. For the record, if you do not have a NPWP. this step can be skipped.

  • Fifth, complete the store data.

  • Sixth, enter the store address details.
  • Finally, upload a photo of the shop, according to the instructions requested.

  • Agree to the privacy policy, then click Finish.
  • Registration has been completed.

If you want to start an order, the retail store owner can re-enter the account that has been registered, by filling in the mobile number and verification code that was sent earlier.
