After Name Change, Edutech Startup "Cakap" Will Hold Launch Event

Since its launch in 2014, Squline tries to be a service EdTech which brings together professional teachers and students directly real-time with mechanism live tutoring. The hope is that the teaching-learning process does not only depend on time and place.

Still holding the same spirit, to improve the quality of education and provide social impact for the people of Indonesia, Squline decided to do rebranding with the new name "Cakap".

To introduce the Cakap brand to the public, on Saturday, April 6, 2019, the startup created by the nation's children will hold a "Grand Launching Cakap" event at Summarecon Mall Serpong. The event will start at 11.00 WIB. Apart from launching brand new, this event will be enlivened with exhibitions, talkshow and stage music by Rendy Pandugo.

The big theme in this series of events is "Speak the Language, Educate the Nation". Some of the speakers who will be presented to provide knowledge in the talk show include Tomy Yunus (Founder & CEO of Cakap), Ivan Lanin (Indonesian Language Expert and Wikipedian), Tjhen Wandra (YouTuber and Chinese Language Teacher), Hiroki Kato (Presenter and Musician).

This event will also be an event for submitting a muri record for Cakap as the first online language learning application with direct two-way interaction in Indonesia. In addition, participants have the opportunity to win a Mandarin language study scholarship worth 38 million Rupiah and various other interesting learning package promos.

Currently the Cakap application provides language course service online foreign languages, including English, Mandarin, Japanese and Indonesian. Cakap's users have covered several countries, including Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, Korea, the Philippines, Japan, Australia and the United States.
