Gadjian Academy Officially Launched, Presents HR Management Training Content

Payment service Gadjian announced the inauguration of their education division called Gadjian Academy. This division is expected to be able to continuously build qualified HR management by providing quality training content.

The division, which has actually been operating since 2016, was only launched after measuring the positive public interest with Gadjian Academy (GA). GA is one of the spearheads Gadjian to contribute positively to the SME and startup industries in Indonesia.

“Gadjian Academy is a place to learn about human resources at an affordable price. This division has been operating since 2016, but we only officially launched it in 2017 after measuring the interest of the community,” explained CEO Gadjian Afia R. Fitriati.

GA is called different from HR training in general. The first in terms of the price is quite affordable, even free. Next in terms of quality. Afia revealed that GA has qualified training content so that it can have a positive impact on the development of human resources for a business or company. Several names of startups in the country are said to be one of the enthusiasts of the GA training program, including Bukalapak, Lazada, and coil.

One example of the training held by GA is the training "How to Make a Compensation Package and Salary Structure" which is adjusted to the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 1 of 2017 concerning Wage Structure and Scale. According to Afia, the training succeeded in attracting the attention of the SME community and the HRD community so that GA had to hold several events or batches to accommodate the participants.

According to Afia, currently the trainings held by GA are only available in the Jabodetabek area. However, with high interest from Indonesian companies and startups, GA is currently pioneering collaborations with various partners and partners to hold HR training programs in other parts of Indonesia.

In addition to widening its reach to other areas, GA also plans to hold trainings on other relevant topics regarding HR management in SMEs and startups. In addition, GA is also planning to create an educational video program that can be accessed through Gadjian's Youtube channel and Gadjian's social media accounts.
