Online-Offline Matchmaking Platform eSynchrony Comes to Jakarta

The high internet penetration and the significantly increasing use of smartphones in Indonesia are the main reasons for Lunch Actually Group, Southeast Asia's largest matchmaking agency from Singapore, to launch a new online-offline service platform for matchmaking. By adopting technology and features that are almost similar in web based, eSynchrony is here as a matchmaking application that claims to be the most complete, exclusive and trusted in Indonesia. During the launch event, Co-Founder of Lunch Actually Violet Lim emphasized that eSychrony is here to answer the wishes of loyal Lunch Actually users who want to access the application on a mobile basis. The eSynchrony application is currently available for download on the App Store and Google Play.

“Lunch Actually's experience in various countries so far has made us receive a lot of input to add new services, so that our prospective clients can actually find their life partner more easily. We combine the search process offline with intelligent profiling in cyberspace, Violet said.

eSynchrony noted that since the launch of this service in April 2015, the number of members in Indonesia has registered 200 people.

"We realize that currently there are many competitors in terms of dating services, but eSynchrony has a quite prominent difference, namely that we are serious about finding the right match with the existing algorithms and payment systems imposed on customers, proving our seriousness in helping users, said Violet.

Easy way to become an eSynchrony member

To enroll in eSynchrony, prospective members must pass 16 compatibility tests. This includes a personality test designed to reveal the profile of potential members. In addition, eSynchrony will contact its members and verify data as well as to consult for assistance dating consultant. When the account is verified, they can see which members they have matches with based on the quiz they filled in during the registration process.

Within the time specified by the user, dating consultant will regularly contact the user asking the progress before dating until it's over dating. If the user does not find the right partner by the specified time, eSynchrony will refund the registration fee to the user.

eSynchrony claims the matchmaking success percentage is 70%. All based on the initial registration process and the existing algorithm to match male and female users.
