Held Again, Devcamp 2023 Aims for Digital Talents to Collaborate Through Technology Integration

This year, GoTo Group will hold a Devcamp, in a format offline after two years of being held regularly online. With the theme "Collaboration for a better inTECHgration”, this program focuses on encouraging participants to create integrated solutions aimed at creating added value and competitiveness. 

This innovative approach not only promises a learning experience for participants, but also provides an opportunity for them to experience the work environment at GoTo Group, thereby impacting their understanding of the technology industry.

This program is open to final year students who have completed their thesis and recent graduates with up to two years of work experience in the IT field, Computer Science, or similar fields, and desire to create a positive impact through technology.

In addition, these activities are expected to form valuable soft skills, such as collaboration, communication and adaptability.

In 2022, Devcamp will bag the best innovations from teams in various categories. Reflecting on last year's winning team, in the "Best Problem" category, Team 8's TokoPay+ solution addresses the challenge of QRIS payment verification for non-automated sellers through the introduction of OfflineSafe+. This feature requires PIN input for each transaction, effectively preventing payment fraud.

Meanwhile, in the "Best Solution" category, the GoSplit application from Team 13 simplifies group ordering on GoFood. With an intuitive interface, this innovation simplifies order selection, ensures fair distribution of shipping costs, and includes a convenient payment request button. 

Finally, in the "Best Technology" category, Team 10 introduced YoKado, an AI-based marketplace for personalized gift giving. Powered by an AI chatbot that uses machine learning and natural language processing, YoKado suggests customized gift options and plans to enhance the experience with additional reality-based gift wrapping. These innovations collectively reflect the forward-thinking spirit of Devcamp participants.
