KliknClean On-Demand Cleaning Service Provider Presents in Indonesia

Led by former Lamudi Indonesia Managing Director Steven Ghoos; have an internal cleaning courier to maintain quality

Steven Ghoos himself previously served as Managing Director of Lamudi Indonesia. The startup, which has only been running for about 6 months, received investment from Asia Summit Capital, which has previously invested in service companies in Indonesia, namely Centerpark and Carefast.

“If Carefast is targeting the B2B segment, we at KliknClean want to try tocater B2C market for on-demand and B2B for cleaning services. With the experience and capabilities that partners have, we know clearly how to conduct training and develop skill for para cleaners us," said Steven.

Steven also added that this is an added value from Click Clean which tries to focus on the B2C market in Indonesia, by prioritizing quality, consistency and customer trust.

Various options for ordering to payment

Besides being able to be ordered using mobile and desktop applications, KliknClean also offers services chat messages via WhatsApp or SMS for customers who are used to communicating via email chat messages. After placing an order and providing the required information, the KliknClean team will recommend cleaners that will do the job.

“Customers can place orders at least 2 hours in advance, the ordering process is fast and easy according to the desired time and how many rooms they want to clean. For office space, we provide square meters for the area to be cleaned,” said Steven.

Until now, KliknClean claims to have around 500 subscribers and 50 cleaners and target will add 100 cleaners, with Jakarta-only service areas. For payments during the promotion period, KliknClean charges Rp. 40 thousand for 2 hours for customers.

"After the promo period ends, we will also provide subscription packages to our loyal customers at special prices," said Steven.

For payment options, KliknClean offers payments in cash, bank transfers and credit cards, in the future KliknClean plans to add other payment options.

"In 2017, we still have many achievements to achieve, including the expansion of the service area not only in Jakarta but also in the Bodetabek area, increasing the number of cleaners to increase the number of transactions up to 500 per day. Thus making KliknClean one stop household for the people of Indonesia," concluded Steven.
