Bukalapak Presents “BukaSend”, an Integrated Freight Forwarding Service for Pelapak

Bukalapak has again released a new feature, this time related to logistics services. Named "BukaSend", this service can be used by pelapak to deliver goods. The platform integrates multiple delivery options at once, making it easier for users to select and make transactions in one place.

BukaSend is only available in the app, offers several advantages. First, "pick-up service" which allows users to no longer need to bring the shipment to the agent, because the courier partner will come to the pick-up location. Second is "live tracking", allows the seller to know the position of the goods that are in the process of being shipped.

Apart from that, various promos from the expedition partners who are members are also presented. Currently several logistics companies that have joined are Grab Instant, GO-SEND Instant, Paxel Same Day, SiCepat Best, SiCepat Reg, Ninja Reg, and J&T Express. Bukalapak also bridges the payment process through various options that have been available before.

For now, the maximum shipping weight is 7 kg. This feature can only be used by verified sellers.

To use BukaSend is quite easy. Users simply enter the application, then select the icon. After that specify the delivery location details, package weight, courier agent, and recipient details. After being paid and confirmed, the user simply waits at the pick-up location for the next shipment to be picked up by the partner courier.
