BeliMobilGue Secures Series A Funding Worth 140 Billion Rupiah

Funding led by Frontier Car Group, supported by Jardines which is owned by PT Toyota Tunas Indonesia

Services marketplace BeliMobilGue's used mobile secures a series A funding of $10 million (equivalent to Rp140 billion) led by Frontier Car Group. Also participating in this funding is Jardines, which is owned by PT Toyota Tunas Indonesia and a number of its former investors. The proceeds this time will be used to expand into new cities, launch new verticals, increase sales and marketing, and recruit new talent.

Since its initial launch in April 2017, BuyMyCar focus on concept marketplace which makes it easy for users to sell cars and connect with a buyer network of over 1000 qualified buyers.

BeliMobilGue also has a team of experts to carry out inspections with a total of 300 inspection points on each mobile used. Furthermore, the results of the inspection report will be uploaded to the partner application so that all partners from BeliMobilGue can immediately make an offer.

BeliMobilGue founder and CEO Rolf Monteiro said this round of funding was a big achievement for him. The entry of new investors and involvement Investors have long seen it as a trust and excitement. BeliMobilGue also claims to have achieved an annual business growth of up to 10 times.

After strengthening his presence in Jabodetabek, BeliMobilGue will soon provide services in major cities on the island of Java. Still focusing on the Indonesian market, which is said to be the largest car market in Southeast Asia.

Included in the post-funding plan is to develop a technology platform to provide excellent service to partners and users. BeliMobilGue also plans to recruit more talents to drive business growth and ensure a quality experience for all end users.

Prior to this round, BeliMobilGue secured $3,7 million or IDR52 billion in pre-series A funding led by Intudo Ventures and backed by Amand Ventures, Tasman Fund, and Digital Garage.
