ACE Hardware Indonesia Presents a Mobile Application, Makes It Easy for Customers to Shop

PT ACE Hardware Indonesia (ACE) seems to want to boost their buyers by taking a digital approach. After some time ago supporting the launch of e-commerce services Ruparupa, now they present the app mobile devices ACE Indonesia Mobile Application available for platforms Android and iOS.

This application is explained by ACE as one of their ways to respond to the new way people find information about certain items and shop. Carrying the slogan “Solution at Your Fingertip”, the ACE Indonesia Mobile Application application was officially launched to soon become one of the ways for ACE customers to shop.

“Currently, consumer behavior has changed compared to before. Therefore, ACE also responds to this change with innovations that prioritize convenience and ease of shopping for consumers. ACE understands that consumers are now always connected to the internet via mobile device which makes it possible to share information more quickly and practically,” explained the Corporate Marketing Director of Kawan Lama Group, Nana Puspa Dewi.

For regular customers, several features are provided that make shopping easier, including Product Highlights, Special Offers, Scan Barcode Promos, and an Idea page that is specifically provided for users in the form of suggestions and product usage.

ACE Indonesia Mobile Application is also equipped with a Store Location feature that can be used to find out the distance to the location of ACE stores, both the closest and as a whole. Furthermore, to maintain customer satisfaction, ACE also provides Ace Care. A page with facilities customer care ACE, which allows customers to ask questions or submit suggestions via email, telephone or email online chat.
