Several police departments in North and South Sumatra also voted GrabExpress for their document delivery. Medan city traffic police also provides driving license (SIM) delivery services directly to residents' homes. This partnership makes it easy for Medan residents who want to extend their validity period or renew their driving license. Meanwhile, as part of the effort Bengkulu Police to improve public services, Bengkulu Police in synergy with Grab launched a delivery service for Police Record Certificates (SKCK) using GrabExpress, the first in the Sumatra region.

Residents can now process their SKCK without the hassle of coming to the Bengkulu Police. Cooperation with Grab this is our concrete implementation in providing integrated public services. Hopefully it will run smoothly and in the future we can continue to improve our services to the community."
